Physics made fun

We're a club at Amador Valley High School for anyone curious about the mysteries of the universe, whether you're a student in AP Physics C or just someone who is just starting out.

We usually have demos or other fun activities at our meetings, such as presentations by guest speakers, competition prep, and teaching things in physics the school doesn't teach you.

02 — What we do

Four main things:

Biweekly meetings

Demos, fun problems, and presentations. We've had wind tunnels, hovercrafts, the physics of sports, video games, and much, much more.

Guest talks

Researchers, engineers, and others on what physics actually looks like after high school.

Food

We will most likely have snacks at our meetings.
